Player aging

Postby tuneloon » Thu May 04, 2006 8:43 am

I was wondering if I could get a little information regarding player aging.

Do an orc's abilities start to decline after a certain # of seasons?

Is the number of seasons based on his highest level position (say Defender 8), or a combination of all 4?

How bad is the decline? (if he starts decline in season 8, would he still be playable in season 10?)

Any other info would be greatly appreciated.

1. Do an orc's abilities start to decline after a certain # of seasons?

Yes but not to any great extent as long as the Orc preforms in the position you have him in id let him stay there...

2. first off Is the number of seasons based on his highest level position (say Defender , or a combination of all 4?

ok Ageing is a complex formula that only Ice can figue out  ... no seriouly here is the Formula....

Center + Defense + Goalie + Wing + Center time (partial season) + Defense time + Goalie time + Wing time + # of career hits taken = age. You can see all but one of those. (Straight from Ice's response to the Whats this Symbol topic)

(Also check in the lets talk orcsports for other Age related post)
