I was quite excited with my victory, but I think it is misleading.

I loaded up on some armor and weapons, knowing that my opponent had little bench, so I beat him into submission to ensure the victory. I'm afraid it will not be so easy for me next time I face him.

One major plus is that I had my top goalie and a first and second line defender reach level 3 after my first game. I should have my first line center reach level 3 after my next game.

Good game last night tune. Quite a interesting match. Armor vs weapons. What is your healer bill after that game. Mine is over just over 1k. Looks like it is gonna be an interesting league except for forfeits.

after 3 games i'm 3-0. wow, how about that.

now, as I drift back down, I've had 2 forfeits for 2 of those wins. I did win 1 though! whooohoo.

Think my heal bill after our game was around 1400 I think (it's 681 after rest and looting this morning). I'm pretty sure the defunct teams will fill their rosters today, so things should get a little tougher.

Game looks like it was a real battle, as I pull out the victory with a 3 point goal with 10 seconds left 17-15. I had just picked up another couple sets of leather before the game and paid off a little extra of my loan, so I didn't have the cash left for weapons.

I now have 6 orcs who have reached level 3, and I've got 2 wings that might make it with their next game.

Glad to bring you back to reality Bubba. Didn't expect things to be that lopsided (28-7). The better armor for my team and a couple weapons really paid off, and once I got into your bench you lost your offensive punch (8-7 after first period, 20-0 after that).

Not gonna any easier for you. Your next two are against Ettiene and Father, who have a tie and a 2 point loss against me.

My front line is very tired now, so they can use the rest. I may try to play my 2nd line as starters against the computer run team in my next game.

Yeah, I need better armour right now. That is going to be huge if I can get armour before ettiene and father.

Good game bubbauk. From what i can see your goalie saved you in the dying minutes with 9 out of 10 saves(Faced in last 7min). Talk about putting up a hand for a perfect crunch time player. Hopefully our next encounter will also be so interesting. Rested my star defenders in this game but they should be ready when we face each other again

Was getting worried and i even saw that I won! I spent a great deal of money on those goalies. they better be good! Good game, Should be a good league. Some good players who play the game regularly. Not like the one that just started with just 3 of us bidding on the first day. Glad I don't have to face you for a while!

Starting first of two games against father tonight and i am hoping my orcs can do some real damage in both games. They have the reputation to do it according to stats so far:

Tuneloon's Party Crashers vs. Ettiene's Domination

Both teams swept their opening playoff series, and the battle for the title looks to be a good one. Both teams will have 4 days to rest before the finals begins, and they will need it.

The season series went to Tune 2 games to 1, with the 3 games determined by less than 5 points each. Tune's wins came on scores of 16-15 and 17-15, while Ettiene's win was by a score of 13-8.

Good luck in the finals Ett, I know it will be a hard fought battle.

As for next season, I'm in good shape, but really need to win so I can have some funds for bids on better orcs. I've got 20 orcs rolled completely and have 2 more that I definately want to keep that will cost me another 3500. Problem is, that's how much cash I have left. Selling the rest would get me about 5K, but that wont be enough to get me squat next season. The guaranteed 9K for two finals losses will help, but 18K for two wins would be much better

My team is looking really good for next season. Have just under 20k and all the orcs i want are already rolled over. So even if i do lose i will still have at least 26k to work with next season excluding loan. Should be an interesting final though. Good luck to you to Tune.

Great game last night tune. Looks like you nearly made a big comeback. Your team recovered from 21-8 to lose narrowly 23-20. I lost a 1st line defender though. Luckily i had quite a bit of OrcAde saved up so my healer bill is only 163. Gonna make a couple of changes for second game so should be interesting
