Div III league ending Nov 29

In your second season, you are in Division IV. Third season teams play in Division III. Fourth season teams play in Division II. Teams that have already played four or more seasons are in Division I. This helps keep the playing field level as your team gains experience.

Div III league ending Nov 29

After one game, which is basically meaningless, the standings are:

Ettiene's Experimental morons 4 1-0-0 43 - 8
Highland's Cherrypickers 4 1-0-0 31 - 16
Chris's Chili cookers 4 1-0-0 19 - 5
Sharp's Shrinking Violets 4 1-0-0 13 - 2
Bubbauk's huh 0 0-1-0 16 - 31
chris's chaos theory 0 0-1-0 8 - 43
There are tho's who call me Tim 0 0-1-0 5 - 19
Chance's Not the face! Not the Face! 0 0-1-0 2 - 13

But the real reason I'm writing is the usual, taunting, keeping-up-with-the-Jones' post. Highland's Cherrypickers has 34 players, 32 of which are pre-paid for next season's rollover. I also just paid off my loan for the season. That leaves me a little short on cash, so I can't improve my training facilities past the 1->2 tier, which I have. Nanny nanny boo boo.

Updated stats. Not feeling very good bout my team here. This is a resurrection attempt for a team that had few star players and not much $, so I didn't anticipate a cakewalk. Finding it hard to work in 2nd and 3rd stringers and not give up wins. I might just go with the old strategy of playing my starters the rest of the season. They will be old and tired by season end, but might win enough to make some $ to purchase new talent with next go round. Ice - when you restocking the homelands? Been pretty slim pickings lately.

Now they start to play. I was 1-12. Done for the season, probably done for their career. Then, 5-2 later they have begun to play very well. i'm out of the playoffs but this team has gone 5-2 in the last 7 games, only losing to Ettiene. Now, with draft picks, do I go to div 2 or not? kinda crazy.
